Dr. Bhat runs an Osteopathic micro-practice to ensure he can spend enough time to manifest the optimal health within you. His rates are based on Medicare’s accepted rates for Montana residents and are updated yearly as Medicare updates their rates.
Ali Hall is a licensed PA-C who provides integrative care, including primary care and shamanic healing to help patients connect with their inner healing wisdom. Rates are also dictated by Medicare rates.
Tierra provides holistic bodywork that compliments osteopathic treatment quite ideally, as well as personalized yoga and meditation guidance.

Ozone Major Autohemotherapy (IV Blood Ozonation)- $165 ($130 Senior Rate 65+)
~60 min process of drawing blood, enhancing it with Ozone gas, and then re introducing it to the body through an IV. Insurance and Medicare Information
Big Sky Osteopathy does not bill any insurance directly, you will be able to download insurance receipts (aka superbills) with appropriate medical billing codes that you can submit to your health insurance for reimbursement. If you have private insurance, the visits with Dr. Bhat and Ali will be treated it as an out-of-network Doctor’s visit. Ozone and nutritional IVs are typically not covered by insurance. It is up to the patient to deal with their insurance carriers, we will not call insurance carriers, however we will be happy to help in any other way.
Big Sky Osteopathy is a non-participating Medicare Provider. If you have Medicare, after you pay for your visit, we will submit the claim directly to Medicare for you. Medicare will typically send you a reimbursement check in 4-6 weeks for ~80% of the visit, leaving ~20% coinsurance as the patients responsibility. If you have a Medicare Supplement plan they will reimburse most of the coinsurance cost, minus your copay.
Medicare Advantage plans can vary in how much they reimburse. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan you will have to submit your receipts directly to them for reimbursement. We recommend you contact them and ask about out-of-network reimbursement of the codes above. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly with questions.
